San Diego, CA (September 16, 2013) – Tealium®, the leader in enterprise tag management, today announced that Michael Anderson, Co-Founder and CTO of Tealium, will speak on a panel during .conf2013, Splunk’s fourth annual Worldwide Users’ Conference. The event, taking place Sept. 30 – Oct. 3 in Las Vegas, brings together data-driven professionals from around the globe to learn about the new and innovative ways major brands are using Splunk® software.
While server-side data is valuable information for organizations, client-side data is becoming essential for understanding audience interactions and product engagement across web and mobile channels. For the panel discussion, Anderson will join Rahul Deshmukh, Splunk’s Director of Product Marketing, to discuss the newest capabilities and best practices for capturing and leveraging client-side data interactions. The panel will also include Allan Tomkinson, Senior Applications Developer at Lincoln Financial Group, one of Splunk and Tealium’s joint customers to illustrate the main advantages and benefits received from the technology partnership.
Tealium will also be exhibiting at the conference at booth #G-3. Attendees will learn how the company’s enterprise tag management and data distribution products facilitate the process of gathering visitor interaction data directly from web and mobile channels, and then correlating that data to take action.
