Walk the halls of any modern enterprise today, and you’ll sense a friction between two departments that desperately need each other.

On one side sits the marketing team. They own the revenue targets, the customer experience, and the campaign lifecycles. Executive leadership is constantly pressuring them to deploy AI for hyper-personalization, churn reduction, and maximizing return on ad spend. They want intelligent outcomes that scale across millions of users, and they want them now.

On the other side sits the data science and engineering organization. The AI builders. They own the models, the cloud infrastructure, and the underlying algorithms.
