As part of our commitments under the Privacy Shield Framework, we are responsible for the processing of personal information that we receive and transfer to a third party acting for or on our behalf. Tealium strives follow applicable laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (the GDPR). Tealium’s private cloud environment also allows Tealium to comply with its obligations as a business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Changes to and application of our privacy policy

We may make changes to our Privacy Policy from time to time to respond to changes in applicable and regulations, changes in technology and changes to our business. Such changes will be posted on our website.
