San Diego, CA (April 11, 2012) – Tealium, the leader in enterprise tag management, today announced that it achieved record sales bookings during the first quarter ending March 31, reaching agreement with nearly 30 enterprise-class companies.

Fox Networks GroupTUI GroupOrange France and hayneedle.com were some of the global brands to select Tealium for its ability to increase marketing agility, improve web site performance and reduce tagging costs. In addition to scale, performance and depth of features, new customers cited Tealium’s intuitive web interface and turnkey integration with more than 250 digital marketing vendors as reasons they selected the company. Unlike other solutions, Tealium requires no JavaScript expertise; users can add, edit or remove all their vendor tags with point and click simplicity. “Tealium had the best combination of technology, support and ease of use for our enterprise needs,” said Steve Dee, CIO of hayneedle.com, which operates more than 200 online niche stores and is ranked in the Top 100 of Internet Retailer’s Top 500 Guide. “Deploying Tealium will help us drive better online results, including increasing web site performance across our network.”

Tealium scored major customer gains in several verticals during the first quarter, including e-commerce, online media and publishing, travel, apparel and more.

“We are proud and grateful to welcome these new customers into the Tealium community,” said Mike Anderson, co-founder at Tealium. “From day one, our goal has been to deliver enterprise class functionality in a package that is designed for marketers and business users.
