Tealium has certified under the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework. We will always try to resolve your requests, but you can file a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), the Information Commissioner’s Office in the UK, or the EU Data Protection Authorities. As part of our commitments under the Privacy Shield Framework, we are responsible for the processing of personal information that we receive and transfer to a third party acting for or on our behalf. Tealium’s private cloud environment also allows Tealium to comply with its obligations as a business associate under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

We may make changes to our Privacy Policy from time to time to respond to changes in applicable and regulations, changes in technology and changes to our business.
