How long are Product Certifications valid?

Product Certifications are valid for 2 years. You will receive an email notifying you when it is time to renew.

Where can I submit an Education Support request?

What is a passing score?

• A passing score of 80% or higher is required for all exams and practicals
• A limited number of attempts are permitted to pass an exam
• Certificates are issued after all requirements have been met
• Recertification is required
