The 2023 Best Of Awards recognize companies going above and beyond customer expectations, and promoting a positive implementation and customer support experience.

Additionally, Tealium was recognized for the 2023 Tech Cares Award, which highlights companies demonstrating exceptional corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

Tealium was recognized specifically for its Tealium Cares Program, which allows all employees 15 hours of paid work time toward volunteer activities and events annually. Additionally, Tealium launched its first annual global Tealium Cares Campaign in 2022, in which teams came together regionally to volunteer, resulting in over $4,000 in charitable donations. Over the last year, Tealium has provided over $13,000 in total donations to employees’ charities of involvement.

Tealium was also touted for its robust DE&I initiative, the Mosaic Program. Since implementing the program in 2022, the company’s Engagement Survey’s DE&I score increased by 20%. In addition, Tealium recently launched its Employee Support Program (ESP), providing human-centered well-being solutions that address emotional and/or physical needs.
