Tealium is excited to have Eric Stablow, Director of Client Experience at Cordial and Brian Kranson, Director of Solutions Engineering at Cordial, host a roundtable on ‘Create Your Competitive Advantage: Using Personalization To Drive Top Line Results.’
Over the past decade, marketers have identified personalization as one of the top tactics for increasing response rates, engagement, and conversion, yet very few have been able to sustain and scale their personalization efforts. Jack Welch one famously said “If you don’t have a competitive advantage, don’t compete.” So how can you use personalization to create an advantage and make a meaningful impact on revenue?
The concept of personalization is very simple: identify and curate a blend of content that the customer will find interesting and will act on at that given time. But for many marketers, it is difficult to deliver on this goal for a variety of reasons. How do you actually personalize at scale? We’ll dive into the things that are limiting marketers today and discuss how to remove the obstacles in your path. We’ll also touch on innovative tactics you can implement within your organization that will help drive ROI and help you achieve your goals. By the end of this discussion, you should have the all ingredients, tactics, and knowhow to make personalization a sustainable competitive advantage for your business.
This roundtable discussion will be lead by Eric Stablow and Brian Kranson of Cordial.
Eric is the Director of Client Experience at Cordial. A broad title that encompasses all things strategy and solutions, but illustrative of his 20 years of expertise in digital marketing. Eric is a rare breed with his ability to combine his technical expertise with strategy.
Brian is the Director of Solutions Engineering at Cordial. Brian has the leadership experience necessary to drive complex projects and the technical aptitude to dive into the details. Prior to Cordial, Brian was a Solutions Engineer at Tealium giving him a deep understanding of Tealium’s products and technology.
