The new connector allows organizations to send live event and visitor data from Tealium to Amazon Bedrock, including foundation models, inference profiles, managed prompts, and multi-step AI workflows. The bi-directional workflow also allows for structured intelligence back to Tealium for immediate profile enrichment and activation.
Tealium customers can operationalize Generative AI (GenAI) directly inside their customer data pipelines, transforming AI from isolated experimentation into a governed, production-ready capability.
By embedding the Amazon Bedrock AI Connector directly into Tealium’s real-time data layer, customers can now:

- Apply prompts and multi-step workflows to score propensity, classify sentiment and intent, generate recommendations, and summarize journeys.
- Return structured JSON outputs, such as scores, labels, and next-best actions, directly into Tealium.
