With a team of 4, Cisco has used Tealium iQ for more than 3 years to manage cross-functional data governance for the entire organization. Marketing, operations, services and support all use the capabilities that Tealium enables such as analytics, retargeting and segmentation.
Additionally, Tealium iQ enables Cisco to maintain crucial data privacy and governance measures. After starting with banner notices for EU countries in 2013, Cisco today has evolved to use Tealium’s Privacy Manager extension to prepare for the new GDPR regulatory environment in the EU.
