Tealium is committed to be transparent about the requests we receive from law enforcement and other government entities. As such, Tealium can report that as of January 16, 2023 the following:

  • Tealium has not received any secret government requests for user information, such as National Security Letters or Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) orders.

  • Tealium has never turned over our encryption or authentication keys or our customers' encryption or authentication keys to anyone.

  • Tealium has never installed any law enforcement software or equipment anywhere on our network.

  • Tealium has never provided any law enforcement organization a feed of our customers' content transiting our network.

  • Tealium has never modified customer content at the request of law enforcement or another third party.

  • Tealium has never modified the intended destination of DNS responses at the request of law enforcement or another third party.

  • Tealium has never weakened, compromised, or subverted any of its encryption at the request of law enforcement or another third party.

Please note that this statement is accurate as of the date above and may change in the future. We will update this page regularly to reflect any changes.

If at any point we are required by law to disclose any secret government requests for user information, we will update this page and provide as much information as possible about the request.
